Y <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> 11� <br /> RESOLUTION 96-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY AND THE STE. MARIE COMPANY AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to rent space in the Tires Plus building for <br /> operation of the City-owned off-sale SAV H Liquor Store; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ste. Marie Company, owner of Apache Plaza, desires to lease said space <br /> to the City of St. Anthony. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the Lease between the City and the Ste.
