ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br /> TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br /> CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the Mayor <br /> (Clarence J. Ranallo), City Manager (Michael J. Mornson), and Finance Director <br /> (Roger A.
