ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 14th day of January, 1997, <br /> fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 1997 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm <br /> sewer on the following streets: <br /> 1. Roosevelt Street, between 35th Avenue NE and 37th Avenue NE <br /> 2. 35th Avenue NE, between Stinson Boulevard and Harding Street <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said <br /> hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 11th day of <br /> February, 1997, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br /> • an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br /> Resolution adopted the 11th day of February, 1997. <br /> Adopted this 114 day of F"r ur_c_.r�/ , 1997. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: v <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> *yl' <br /> r <br />
