• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENTS WITHIN VERKINS ADDITION <br /> After discussion of a motion by Councilmember M"j r k S to vacate certain <br /> drainage and utility easements within VERKINS ADDITION, it was deemed in the <br /> interest of the public to grant the vacation. Councilmember M ox k S <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that <br /> the following described road easement is hereby declared and ordered vacated and <br /> discontinued: <br /> All of the drainage and utility easements lying within Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, <br /> Block 1, as dedicated in VERKINS ADDITION, according to the recorded <br /> plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br /> and that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county <br /> offices notice of said vacation. <br /> • The motion was seconded by Councilmember F.n r ao-H, and upon a vote <br /> being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Ala r k s 0 E n t-nn+ .
