• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-031 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLLING <br /> LOCATION CHANGE <br /> WHEREAS, voters residing in the Ramsey County portion of the City of St. Anthony <br /> (Ramsey County, Precinct 1) have voted at the northwest corner of Apache <br /> Plaza for many years; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to the redevelopment of Apache Plaza, it has become necessary to <br /> change said polling location; and <br /> WHEREAS, after consideration of several different locations, it has been determined <br /> that the most favorable polling location for voters residing in the Ramsey <br /> County portion of St. Anthony is the storage garage situated just north of <br /> the City's Public Works shop (known as the Public Works Storage Garage) <br /> at 3805 Chandler Drive; and <br /> • WHEREAS, said location is in compliance with Minnesota Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves relocation of the polling place for Ramsey County Precinct 1 <br /> voters to the Public Works Storage Garage, 3805 Chandler Drive, in the City of St. <br /> Anthony, County of Ramsey. <br /> Adopted this Zz A day of A,or 1997. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> • City anager <br />
