ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-035 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Edward Street, from 34th Avenue <br /> NE to 35th Avenue NE; Harding Street, from 34th Avenue <br /> NE to 36th Avenue NE; and, Roosevelt Street, from 34th <br /> Avenue NE to 35th Avenue NE, by reconstruction of the <br /> roadways and utilities, and to assess the benefited property <br /> for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ST.
