ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF SAV 2, A MUNICIPAL OFF SALE LIQUOR STORE <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council has authorized the firm of KKE to develop <br /> plans and specifications for construction of SAV 2, a municipal liquor <br /> store; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids for said construction were called for; and, eleven bids were received <br /> and opened on June 5, 1997. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby awards the bid for construction and authorizes execution of the contract <br /> • for SAV 2, a municipal off sale liquor store, to Lund-Martin Construction, for a base bid <br /> of $723,100 conditioned upon closing the purchase of the property to which the contract <br /> applies. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1997. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ity Vager <br /> • <br />
