CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-057 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 1998-1999 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND INTERNATIONAL UNION OF <br /> OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL 49, AFL-CIO, REPRESENTING <br /> THE ST.
