ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br /> TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br /> CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the <br /> Mayor (Clarence J. Ranallo), City Manager (Michael J. Morrison), and Finance <br /> Director (Roger A.
