ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 1998 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br /> been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 1998 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and <br /> storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. Edward Street, from 34th Avenue NE to 35th Avenue NE <br /> 2. Harding Street, from 34th Avenue NE to 36th Avenue NE <br /> 3. Roosevelt Street, from 34th Avenue NE to 35th Avenue NE <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> • accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br /> Chapter 419 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of <br /> $700,265.17. <br /> 2.
