• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-018 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE FIVE <br /> HOMES RELATING TO STORM WATER MANAGEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, due to the severe structural damage caused by the July 1, 1997 rain storms, <br /> the St. Anthony City Council created a Storm Water Management Task <br /> Force to address these problem areas; and <br /> WHEREAS, in addition, the St. Anthony City Council directed the engineering firm of <br /> WSB, Inc. to assist in the process by providing studies, analyses, and <br /> reports to the Task Force and City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, said studies, analyses and reports were submitted to the Task Force; the <br /> Task Force then made its recommendations to the City Council; and, the <br /> City Council accepted the resultant report of the Task Force. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> • Anthony hereby authorizes the City Manager to proceed with negotiations for the <br /> purchase of five homes, contingent upon outside funding, as recommended by the Storm <br /> Water Management Task Force. <br /> Adopted this �_ day of 1998. <br /> 4aAyor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Citynager <br /> • <br />
