Resolution 98-026 <br /> Page 2 <br /> each case. The first of said installments, together with interest on the entire assessment for the <br /> period of January 1, 1998 through December 31, 1998, will be payable with general taxes for the <br /> levy year of 1998 collectible in 1999, and one of each of the remaining installments, together with <br /> one year's interest on that and all other unpaid installments, will be payable with general taxes for <br /> each consecutive year thereafter until the entire assessment is paid. <br /> 4. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification, make payments <br /> (partial or full)towards the balance owed. The owner may, at any time after certification, pay the <br /> whole of the assessment, with interest accrued to the date of payment, except that no interest be <br /> charged if the entire assessment is paid by November 30th of the assessment year. <br /> 5. The City Clerk shall, as soon as may be, prepare and transmit to the County Auditor a certified <br /> duplicate of the assessment roll, with each installment and interest on each unpaid assessment set <br /> forth separately, to be extended upon the property tax lists of the County and the County Auditor <br /> shall thereafter collect said assessment in the manner provided by law. <br /> Adopted this day of <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Noliager <br /> • <br />
