Project coordination and management: <br /> a. Meeting between WSB Staff and City Staff to define program, <br /> establish needs, and mitigate project. $400 <br /> b. Coordinate with City Staff throughout project. $800 <br /> 2. Design and preparation of Public Information documents <br /> (not including printing, postage and labels): <br /> a. Assistance with Newsletter articles. <br /> b. Assistance with Educational video. <br /> • C. Insert for water bills. <br /> d.
