• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br /> SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires the reconstruction of the <br /> existing sidewalks along St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to <br /> Kenzie Terrace; and, the existing walk along the northwesterly side of Kenzie <br /> Terrace, from St. Anthony Boulevard to the existing walk south of 27" Avenue <br /> NE; and, <br /> WHEREAS, costs for said reconstruction will be funded by Minnesota State Aid; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Neighborhood Informational Meeting was held regarding said reconstruction; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, bids for the construction were called for, received, and reviewed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby awards the bid for said reconstruction to Standard Sidewalk, Inc. for $147,088.75, <br /> which said bid is deemed to be in the best interests of the City. <br /> Adopted this 0?8 day of Ji j , 1998. <br /> 104 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City M ager <br />
