• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-068 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July 28, 1998, <br /> a report was prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the <br /> improvement of Wilson Street, from 27`h Avenue NE to 29`h Avenue NE; <br /> Pahl Avenue, from Wilson Street to Coolidge Street; Alley, between <br /> Wilson Street to Coolidge Street (south of Murray Avenue); Alley, <br /> between Wilson Street to Coolidge Street (south of St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard); and, Alley, between Wilson Street to Coolidge Street (south <br /> of Pahl Avenue). <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony that: <br /> • 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br /> report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated <br /> total cost of the improvement of$1,220,000.00. <br /> 2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement.
