Facility Usage Policy/Procedures <br /> • Page 3 <br /> Rental Fees <br /> Applicants/Organizations desiring the use of the facilities are classified into the <br /> following categories: <br /> Class A: School organizations, community groups or not for profit individuals <br /> providing services or activities for the youth of I.S.D. #282, non-profit community <br /> groups and local civic organizations (i.e., Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, Scouts, <br /> Orchestra). Certain circumstances, such as additional security or cleaning, may <br /> require fees. <br /> Class B: Political groups and religious/church organizations. School organizations <br /> other than SANBE I.S.D. #282, community groups or not for profit individuals <br /> providing service for activities for non-resident youth, non-profit community groups <br /> and local civic organizations that are not located in St. Anthony. <br /> *Class C: Commercial and business organizations. Community Services and <br /> School activities re paid for with the lease between the City and the School District, <br /> • therefore, there will be no charge for their activities under Class A. New uses may <br /> be subject to new charges, depending on operating and maintenance costs of the <br /> new uses. The Sports Boosters' charge for janitorial services is made up with their <br /> $10,000 contribution. <br /> *Class D: Private parties such as birthdays, showers, weddings, etc. Note: No <br /> alcohol is allowed. <br /> *Upon demand Class C and D shall provide a 25% damage deposit that will be <br /> returned only after inspection by the City Public Works staff that facility is clean, <br /> etc. <br /> Council Chambers <br /> Class Fee <br /> A $15/hour <br /> B $35/hour <br /> C $100/hour <br /> D Not available <br /> • <br />
