• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-081 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAINT ANTHONY <br /> VILLAGE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of St. Anthony was prepared by <br /> BRW, Inc. to serve as an update to the original plan, prepared in 1979; and <br /> WHEREAS, the 1979 plan has served as a guide to development and redevelopment within <br /> the City, and the update will serve as a guide for the next two decades; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Update has a twofold purpose - to protect and enhance <br /> the community's strong attributes, and, to manage the community's change and <br /> evolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Update was reviewed by a Comprehensive Plan Task <br /> Force (representatives from the City Council, Planning Commission, School <br /> • district, community organizations and interested citizens), adjacent communities <br /> and received final approval from the Metropolitan Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Saint Anthony Village Comprehensive Plan, as presented by BRW, Inc. <br /> Adopted this day of Q� , 1998. <br /> ayor Jop <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> • City anager <br />
