ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 1999 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br /> been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> 1999 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and <br /> storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. Wilson Street: 27`h Avenue NE to 29`h Avenue NE <br /> 2. Pahl Avenue: Wilson Street to Coolidge Street <br /> 3. Alley: Wilson Street to Coolidge Street (south of Murray Avenue) <br /> 4. Alley: Wilson Street to Coolidge Street (south of Pahl Avenue) <br /> 5. Alley: Wilson Street to Coolidge Street (south of St. Anthony Boulevard) <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br /> Chapter 419 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$1,130,000. <br /> 2.
