ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-016 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 12 day of January, 1999, <br /> fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 1999 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm <br /> sewer on the following streets: <br /> 1. Wilson Street, between 27`h Avenue NE and 29`' Avenue NE <br /> 2. Pahl Avenue, between Wilson Street and Coolidge Street <br /> 3. Alley, between Wilson Street and Coolidge Street (south of Murray Avenue) <br /> 4. Alley, between Wilson Street and Coolidge Street (south of Pahl Avenue) <br /> 5. Alley, between Wilson Street and Coolidge Street (south of St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard) <br /> • WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said <br /> hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 9 day of <br /> February, 1999 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br /> opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br /> Resolution adopted the 9 day of February, 1999. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Ma er <br />
