• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-035 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR MAINTENANCE <br /> WORK AT THE G.A.C. WATER FILTRATION PLANT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony contracted with the engineering firm <br /> of Rieke Carroll Muller, Inc. regarding maintenance work at the City's G.A.C. <br /> water filtration plant; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids for the drain tile (Contract A), and ceiling and floor repairs (Contract B); <br /> were duly published; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were received, and publicly opened at 10:00 AM on April 16, 1999, as <br /> stated in the advertisement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby awards the bid relating to maintenance work at the G.A.C. water filtration plant for <br /> Contract A, to Jay Brothers in the amount of$10,546.00; and, for Contract B, to Magney <br /> Construction in the amount of$27,900.00. <br /> Adopted this .Z `1 day of �t.,d.�j , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
