CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSAL FOR <br /> COMPLETION OF CERTAIN ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it was determined in 1996 that a number of alleys south of 29``' Avenue NE were <br /> in poor condition; and <br /> WHEREAS, work began on these alleys by the Public Works Department, but was halted due <br /> to heavy workload in 1997 and 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, funding of this project can come from 1998 budget reserves; and <br /> WHEREAS, proposals for the completion of this project have been received and reviewed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby approves the proposal of T. A.
