s <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEASE BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND KATHY MARTIN AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST.
