Below, please find a list of the applicants' <br /> • addresses and an estimate of the City's cost to participate in the flood proofing improvement at each <br /> location: <br /> City's <br /> Estimated Cost <br /> 1. 2929 Crestview Drive $ 800.00 <br /> 2. 3701 Chandler Drive 3,300.00 <br /> 3. Townhomes of St. Anthony 6,320.00 <br /> 4. 3012 Silver Lake Road* 10,000.00 <br /> 5. 2521 West Armour Terrace 260.00 <br /> TOTAL $20,680.00 <br /> *Total project cost will be determined after coordination with Hennepin County. <br /> A number of applications were received which identified the primary source of water entering the home <br /> was through the foundation, floor and walls. Upon review of the problem it was recommended that the <br /> applicant install a basement drain tile system and/or provide positive drainage away from the walls and <br /> foundation of the home. These activities are currently not funded by the Flood Proofing Grant Program, <br /> and would not be eligible for participation.
