ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF <br /> 2809 - 30TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, the City has proposed the construction of public improvements affecting the <br /> property at 2809 - 30`' Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner of said property is a willing seller; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City will not demolish or remove home until such a time as construction of <br /> public improvements commences; and <br /> WHEREAS, should public improvements not be constructed on said property, the property <br /> shall be offered for purchase to the public. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby approves the City's purchase of 2809 - 30' Avenue NE, upon approval of purchase <br /> documents by the City Attorney, for a price of$106,000.00. <br /> Adopted this day of 12"Q u t , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Kianagei <br /> • <br />
