ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REDEVELO MENT PLANS, <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND T INCREMENT <br /> FINANCING PLANS OF THE HOUSING AN REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY OF ST. ANTHONY; CAL G FOR A PUBLIC <br /> HEARING ON AMENDMENT THERETO <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City f St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "City"), <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. It has been proposed that the City nd the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority of St. Anthony Minnes to (the "HRA"), approve modification to <br /> redevelopment plans, redevelop ent projects and tax increment financing plans <br /> previously approved by the H and the City. The proposed amendments will <br /> expand the area subject to th redevelopment plans and redevelopment projects <br /> and authorize additional exp nditures of tax increment from the tax increment <br /> financing districts created ursuant to the tax increment financing plans. <br /> 2. A public hearing on the endments to the redevelopment plans, the <br /> • redevelopment projects nd the tax increment financing plans is hereby called <br /> and shall be held on vember 9, 1999 at 7:00 PM in the City Council <br /> Chambers at the City all, 3301 Silver Lake Road in the City.
