The Hennepin County Auditor is by law and County Board delegation the <br /> administrator of State of Minnesota owned tax-forfeited lands lying within Hennepin County. The parcels on the <br /> enclosed list have been previously classified. <br /> The lands listed on Non-Conservation Classification List 1 1 14-NC were classified as non-conservation lands, <br /> evidenced by County Auditor's Directive No.99-38 by authority and responsibility granted by the Hennepin <br /> • County Board of Commissioners under Minnesota Statute 282.135. We request that your city council review <br /> Non-Conservation List 11 14-NC. We require a certified copy of a municipal resolution which resolves and <br /> approves the parcel(s)for public auction, auction to adjacent owners, or request a conveyance to your city for a <br /> public use. Please refer to the enclosed outline for suggested points to be covered in your municipal resolution. <br /> Please be advised that the county may consider public sale of the lands to be approved pursuant to M.S. <br /> 282.01,Subd. 1, if the city council fails to respond to this classification notice within sixty(60J days of certified <br /> mail receipt.
