COMMUNICATION WITH CITY COUNCIL <br /> • 7.1 Designate a Planning Commissioner to the July 22, 2003 City Council Meeting <br /> 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 8.1 Autumn Woods II, LLP, 2534, 2538, 2542, 2546, and 2548 Kenzie Terrace, Amend the <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) for an additional 38 units of adult rental housing. <br /> 8.2 Amcon Construction, 2900 Kenzie Terrace and 2700 Highway 88: <br /> (a) A conditional use permit for a proposed restaurant, which is less than 250 feet from a <br /> residential structure or district; <br /> (b) A conditional use permit for a proposed on-sale liquor store; <br /> (c) Two front yard setback variances of 30 feet for a proposed setback of 5 feet at the <br /> building corners; <br /> (d) One rear yard setback variance of 10 feet for a proposed setback of 10 feet at the <br /> southeast corner property line jog; <br /> (e) Parking variance of 40 stalls for a proposed 40 parking stalls for a sit-down <br /> restaurant; and <br /> (f) Administrative subdivision request. <br /> 8.3 City of St. Anthony, 3501/3505 Silver Lake Road: <br /> (a) A conditional use permit for a proposed fire station, which is located in a R-1 single <br /> family-zoning district; and <br /> (b) One front yard setback variance of 11 feet for a proposed setback of 19 feet. <br /> • <br />
