John Bogucki of Rodney Biliman Contracting Co. presented a proposed
plat of Wilshire Park Fifth Addition. The Planning Board tabled the proposed
plat at this time as they felt they could not make any recommendation pending
the outcome of the school board discussion on this property.
d. Mr. Beutel appeared from Sunset Memorial Park with a preliminary pro-
posal on the possibility of rezoning a portion of land fronting on County Road
C to light industrial. The members were of the ppinion that this would tie in
with the industrial area on the north side of County Road C. No action was
taken at this time because Mr. Beutel wanted only to get the reaction of the
Board members on this change of zoning.
e. The Village Manager requests a provision in the sign ordinance to be
able to grant a request for a temporary sign for non-profit organizations
when requested.
