VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> January 30, 1968 <br /> A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 30, 1968. <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Mesenbring, Elam, Harty, Miedtke, Kronk, Howitz, Englund <br /> Also present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> Harry Lekson, Secretary <br /> Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Elam, to recommend to the Council that a <br /> variance of 8 ft. in front yard setback be approved for Anthony Zahhos at <br /> 2919 Silver Lake Court. (Lot 2, Block 49 Harstad's 2nd Addition) <br /> • Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Kronk, Memsenbring, Harty, Elam, Howitz, Englund. <br /> Nay: Miedtke <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring to adjourn. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> Secretary <br /> • <br />
