VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> February 5, 1968 <br /> A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 5, 1968. <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Miedtke, Howitz, Englund, Elam, <br /> Harty joined the meeting at 8:30 PM <br /> Also present: Harry Lekson, Secretary <br /> 'Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Englund, to table the request of the <br /> Northgate Motel until a scaled drawing of the parking area and the north edge <br /> of the swimming pool be established. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Elam to reconsider the tabling action by <br /> the board. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Elam, seconded by Harty, that Robert Weber, builder, be req- <br /> uired to prepare a drawing to scale showing property lines, building location, <br /> exact existing parking spaces and the north edge of the swimming pool. Howitz <br /> and Englund will meet with Weber prior to the Council meeting on February 6, <br /> 1968, and make a Planning Commission recommendation to the Council based on <br /> their review of the new plan. <br /> otion Carried. <br /> Adjourned. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> Secretary <br />
