Upon motion by Elam, <br /> seconded by Miedtke, to deliver this ordinance to the Village Attorney for <br /> legal terminology and submit this to the Village Council for approval. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> D. The Planning Board reviewed the results of the voting on the street <br /> name change for 312 and 322 Avenue N.E., and refer this to the Counci 1 for <br /> final selection of names and approval. The results at this time on 312 Ave. <br /> with 39 votes out of a possible 55 are: <br /> Village Lane - 20 votes <br /> Townview Terrace - 11 votes <br /> Alternate group <br /> Townview Avenue - 13 votes <br /> On 322 Avenue with 31 votes out of a possible 45: <br /> St. Anthony Road - 15 votes <br /> Hilldale Road - 11 votes <br /> E. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Miedtke, to recommend to the <br /> Council that the new set of plans reviewed by the Planning Board for Happys <br /> Potato Chip Company be approved with the original restrictions on parking, <br /> planting, air pollution and fence to apply. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 10.
