VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD <br /> July 9, 1968 <br /> 1 . A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Pro-tem Englund at 7:45 AM on Tuesday, July 9, 1968. <br /> 2. The following members were present : <br /> Mesenbring, Englund, Miedtke <br /> Absent: Kronk, Howitz, Harty <br /> 3. Upon motion by Meidtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> Council that the final plat of the Lobo Addition be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Miedtke, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the variances granted to Lowell Gearhart in December of 1965 to build <br /> on the East 69.38 ft. of Lot 11, Block 5, Mounds Vier Acres be approved at <br /> this time. <br /> . Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by MYedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the tentative plans for the Cemetery property be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> • <br />
