-2- <br /> 9. <br /> 2-9. a. The tabling action of the St. Anthony Shopping Center Sign was <br /> discussed and a request to use exterior illumination was denied. Upon motion <br /> by Kronk, seconded by Englund, to abide by the recommendation of June 18, <br /> 1968, for interior illumination. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to table the sign request <br /> for a replacement of the Win's Drive-In sign. The Board will meet with <br /> the new owner on Tuesday, July 30, 1968, in a special meeting of the Planning <br /> Board to discuss screening on the rear and side property lines and also to <br /> view a planned layout .of his property. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> c. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Oouncil <br /> that the Apache Plat be approved subject to Post Office approval -of- Apache <br /> Lane. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> d. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the St. Anthony Office Park Addition be approved if the following be <br /> • included: <br /> Zoning <br /> Acreage <br /> Easements <br /> Square footage of lots <br /> Post Office approval <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 3. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Englund, to recommend to the Coun- <br /> cil that the request by Rehbein and Husnik to place a 3 ft. x 3 ft. redwood <br /> sign with the name "Executive Manor" approximately 12$ ft. from Old Highway <br /> #8 be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> f. Lou Howitz, Duane Miedtke, Donald Kronk, Curt Englund, volunteered <br /> to make a study of the Village for low income housing. <br /> 10. Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Englund, it was moved to adjourn. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> Secretary <br />
