f <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING <br /> January 7, 1969 <br /> The special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman Howitz <br /> at 7:45 P. M. on Tuesday January 7, 1969. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Mesenbring, Kronk, Miedtke, Howitz, <br /> Englund. <br /> Absent : Harty. <br /> The meeting was held to discuss with Apache a new proposal to build apartments <br /> and townhouses on Outlot A, 9 and D, Apache Plaza. <br /> After discussion and upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend <br /> to the Council, that Outlot A along Silver Lane be rezoned from R-1 to Multiple <br /> Dwelling and Outlot B and D be rezoned from Commercial to Multiple Dwelling. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Apache to hold a meeting on January 23rd or 30th, 1969 with the residents on <br /> Silver Lane to discuss the proposed changes. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to adjourn. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> Secretary <br />
