VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY . <br /> PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MARCH 4, 1969 <br /> 1. A special meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman H-Dwitz <br /> at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, March 4, 1969. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call: <br /> Howitz, Mesenbring, Endlund, Miedtke, Harty, Kronk, Sartor <br /> 3. The Chairman welcomed the new Board Member, Dr. Richard Sartor, and introduced <br /> him to the Board. <br /> 4. The discussion of the proposed rezoning of the Apache property was continued <br /> from the special meeting held on February 4, 1969. Apache Corporation <br /> presented a new plan whereby they changed their unit density as follows: <br /> One bdrm. apts. from 160 units to 159 units. <br /> Two bdrm. apts. from 130 units to 107 units. <br /> Three bdrm. town houses from 22 units to 16 units. <br /> Two bdrm. town hoiisos to remain at 16 units. <br /> Total units from 328 to 298, a decrease of 30 units. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring to recommend to the Council <br /> that the property indicated as Outlet "A", part of Outlet "B" and part of <br /> Outlet "D" be rezoned to Multiple Dwelling (MD) subject to being developed as <br /> indicated in Apache plans as presented this date and contingent on the <br /> • commencing of all town house construction prior to starting apartment <br /> construction and completing of all town houses prior to the occupancy of the <br /> first apartment. <br /> For: Englund, Kronk, Mesenbring, Miedtke, Sartor <br /> Against: Howitz <br /> Abstaining: Harty <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Acting Secretary <br /> Louis Howitz <br /> 40 <br />
