VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> • December 16, 1969 <br /> 1. The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Curt Englund. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Englund, Harty, Miedtke, Ondrey. <br /> Absent: Mesenbring, Kronk <br /> 3. The minutes of November 18, 1969 were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. Motion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty to recommend that Council not approve <br /> the ordinance variation request to build houses on 45 ft. wide lots on <br /> Roosevelt Street south of 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5. Public Hearings-None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. a. No action <br /> bMotion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty to recommend that Council approve <br /> • the plans as submitted to build a "Ranch Style" addition to Standard Oil <br /> Station building at 37th & Silver Lake Road. Standard Oil 0o. to identify <br /> shrubs on plan before Council action. Fred Housenga, Area Engineer for <br /> \ Standard Oil presented photos and plans. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9. a. Mr.�` Kelly did not appear concerning Coolidge Street behind Foodtown. Mr. <br /> Sroga appeared and discussed traffic and access. <br /> The Planning Board requests Council to have Villpge Engineer provide <br /> survey of Coolidge Street & Kenzie Terrace showing location of property <br /> lines, building locations and streets so that study can be made and <br /> final recommendation made to vacate Coolidge, restrict parking, or what- <br /> ever is necessary. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b/ A 3 ' x 10' sign was requested by 1040 Tax Service to be placed below the <br /> sign of Industrial Credit on the east side of Apache Plaza. Motion by <br /> Harty, seconded by Ondrey to recommend approval of 3' x 10' sign with <br /> stipulation that Apache Plaza Center and Industrial Credit be informed <br /> that any future signs in this area for downstairs spaces which are <br /> requested will be limited to 3 ' x 10' and Industrial Credit will be <br /> required to conform to the same 3' x 10' size. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> r <br />
