Mr. Gingold of Gingold-Pink <br /> Architecture presented an architects view on the proposal . Mr. Robert Johnson <br /> representing the residents along the lake requested that some of the trees <br /> in the park area be increased in diameter from 1 to 2 inches over the proposed <br /> size. This would involve about 40 trees to which Mr. Coleman agreed. Motion <br /> by Carlson, seconded by Ondrey, to recommend that the plans as presented be <br /> approved subject to the changes in the planting plan in the park area, a <br /> variance to allow stucco on parts of the building as shown and subject to <br /> meeting building code requirements. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9.
