VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> June 16, 1970 <br /> 1. The regular meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:35 o'clock P.M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Kronk, Parrill, Bratland, Englund, <br /> Ondrey. <br /> Absent : Mesenbring, Carlson <br /> 3. The minutes of the May 19, 1970 meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. Ordinance variations <br /> a. The sign request by Continental Oil Company was discussed with Mr. <br /> Don Heisterkamp. Motion by Bratland, seconded by Kronk, to table this until <br /> the July meeting and have the Safety Director view the corner and make a <br /> recommendation to the Planning Board at the meeting. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Parrill, Bratland, Kronk, Ondrey <br /> Nay: Englund <br /> tion carried. <br /> b. Jim Stjernstrom of Richard Miller, Inc. requested a 1 ft. side yard <br /> variance to construct a home at 3932 Macalester Drive. Motion by Bratland, <br /> • seconded by Parrill, to recommend to the Council that a 1 ft. side yard <br /> variance be approved on the south side of the house or 9 ft. from the lot line. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5. Public Hearings-None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. Building Permits-None <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Mr. Christiansen did not appear. <br /> b. Mr. Taylor did not appear. <br /> c No action was taken on letter from Comstock & Davis. <br /> / �• Richard Goblirsch appeared and requested permission to move a house <br /> into the Village at 2517 35th Avenue N.E. The house is now located at 5516 <br /> Normandale Road and is 632 ft. wide. The lot that it is to be placed on is <br /> 100 ft. wide and 160 ft. deep. The house has shakes on it now but will be <br /> refaced with brick after it is moved to its new location. The house meets <br /> code regulations and will be subject to plumbing and electrical inspection by <br /> village inspectors, and a time limit of 30 days to have it completed for <br /> occupancy after it is moved onto the lot. Motion by Kronk, seconded by Parrill <br /> • to recommend to the Council that the request to move this house into the <br /> Village be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10. Motion by Bratland, seconded by Ondrey, to adjourn. <br /> J <br /> Motion carried. <br />
