VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> August 18, 1970 <br /> 1. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll calls Herman, Kronk, Ondrey, Carlson, <br /> Parrill. <br /> Absents Mesenbring, Bratland <br /> 3. The minutes of the July 27, 1970 meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings-None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations-None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. Building Permits-None <br /> • 9. Miscellaneous <br /> a. The request by Donald Cottle at 2917 Silver Lane N.E. to have a parking <br /> area on right of way property to the West of his home was discussed. <br /> Motion by Parrill, seconded by Carlson, to recommend to the Council that <br /> the request be denied on the basis of not having jurisdiction over Ramsey <br /> County right of way on Silver Lane. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. Motion by Parrill, seconded by Herman, to recommend to the Council that <br /> the request by Mr. Kallus at 3201 Silver Lake Road, to divide his property <br /> be denied. The division would result in a 60 ft. lot facing 32nd Avenue <br /> and a 10 ft. rear yard on the original house. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> c. Motion by Herman, seconded by Kronk to recommend to the Council that the <br /> request by David Bordwell at 3012 31st Avenue N.E. for an addition to <br /> his house which would require a 6 ft. front yard variance be denied. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10. Motion by Carlson, seconded by Parrill to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Harry Lekson, <br /> Secretary. <br />
