VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> March 16, 1971 <br /> 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ondrey at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Herman, Letourneau, Carlson, <br /> Bratland, Ondrey. <br /> Absent: Kronk, Parrill <br /> 3. The minutes of the February 16, 1971 and March 2, 1971 meetings were <br /> approved as presented. <br /> 4. Public Hearings-None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations-None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. Ruilding Permits <br /> a. 'ob Todd discussed with the Planning Board plans for a home to be built <br /> • on Lot 1, Block 4, Harstad 2nd Addition (2921 Silver Lake Court). Motion <br /> by Rratland, seconded by Carlson, to grant a front yard variance of 8 ft. <br /> and to allow the attached garage to cane no closer than 1 ft. to the 11 ft. <br /> storm sewer easement on the east side of the lot. <br /> Mot-ion carried. <br /> b. Plans for a proposed Kentucky Fried Chicken and P.O.Q. Food Store were <br /> presented to be located on the east portion of the Kenzie property at <br /> Lawry Avenue and Kenzie Terrace. Notion by Carlson, seconded by Bratland, <br /> to approve the two buildings as shown on the plan with the following <br /> changes : <br /> 1. Kentucky Fried Chicken building have brick on 4 sides. <br /> 2. Proper planting and screening on the north and east areas of the <br /> lot. <br /> 3. No blacktop on the east end of the lot. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Notion by Herman, seconded by Letourneau, to table the sign request by <br /> ' Lawrence Sign Company to install a sign on the northwest corner of the <br /> T.K. Gray building to identify the Metropolitan Office Equtpmaht Company, <br /> a tenant in the building. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br />
