The following were present at roll call : Letourneau, Bratland, Parrill, <br /> Herman, Carlson, Kronk. <br /> Absent: Ondrey <br /> 3. The minutes of the March 16, 1971 meeting were approved as presented. <br /> 4. Public Hearings-None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations-None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations <br /> a!_ Gordon Hedlund presented Mr. Davidson of Eberhardt Realty and a request <br /> / was made to convert the house at 3909 Silver Lake Road for use as an <br /> office for the Eberhardt Company. <br /> Motion by Parrill, seconded by Bratland, to hold a public hearing to <br /> grant a special use permit for this use. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye : Parrill, Bratland, Carlson <br /> Nay: Kronk, Herman, Letourneau <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Herman, to table action on the request until <br /> the Nursing home issue is settled. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Kronk, Herman, Letourneau <br /> Abstain: Bratland, Carlson, Parrill <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> • 8. Buildii Permits <br /> a/John Mezzenga presented plans for a warehouse and office building at <br /> 3813 Chandler Drive N.E. <br /> Motion by Parrill, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council that the <br /> plans for said building be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
