VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> 40 PLANNING ROARD MINUTES <br /> August 17, 1971 <br /> 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ondrey at 8:05 o'clock P.M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Herman, Letourneau, Ondrey, <br /> Bratland. <br /> Absent: Carlsop, Kronk, Parrill <br /> 3. The minutes of the July 20, 1971 meeting were approved as presented. <br /> 4. Public Hearings-None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations-None <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. Ruil ing Permits <br /> a. Mr. James W. Hanley, President of Sunset Memorial Park, presented plans <br /> for a 48 crypt mausoleum (17' x 26'x 7' high. This is to be located about <br /> 150 feet north of St. Anthony Blvd. and about the same distance east of <br /> Highway 8. <br /> Motion by Herman, seconded by Rratland, to recommend to the Council that <br /> the mausoleum as presented be approved subject to building codes and <br /> approval from the State Board of Health if needed. <br /> ,tion carried. <br /> b. Motion by Ondrey, seconded by Bratland, to recommend to the council that <br /> the Planning Board check plans for Pillsbury Pie Shop to be located at <br /> 37th and Stinson Blvd. be approved subject to review by building in- <br /> spector and approved by State Roard of Health. <br /> \Motion carried. <br /> 9. Off street parking requirements for multiple dwelling units was discussed. <br /> Section 300.05, Subd. 8, item 2, requires 4 parking spaces for each 3 <br /> dwelling units. Motion by Bratland, seconded by Letourneau, to recommend to <br /> the Council that the number of parking spaces be increased to two spaces for <br /> each dwelling unit and that one be enclosed. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10. Motion by Bratland, seconded by Herman to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> It Harry Lekson, Secretary. <br />
