VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ' PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> September 21, 1971 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ondrey. <br /> The following were present at roil call: Bratland, Herman, Parriil, Kronk <br /> Ondrey <br /> Absent* Carlson, Letourneau <br /> 1. Mr. Ellis, Bauer Weldin re uested permission for additional signing on south <br /> 9, q Pe 9 9 <br /> side of building. <br /> Motion by Bratiand to table request until Council acts on pending sign <br /> ordinance, and agreed to notify Bauer Welding with results. Motion was <br /> seconded by Kronk. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2. Mr. Ieck and representative from Moder Town b Country requested lot split for <br /> tax purposes, parcel of land on Ramsey and Hennepin Counties. <br /> Motion by Parri i l seconded by Herman to recommend proposed split. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> 3./Gordon Hedlund discussed new land use for the now defunct Nursing Home site. <br /> Mr. Hedlund proposes a commercial strip facing Silver Lake Road with <br /> approximately 7 to 8 business establishments, such businesses as dry cleaning, <br /> butcher, mortuary, restaurant, etc. Lot sizes would be 187' deep by 1151 <br /> wide, the rear area on Penrod would be residential with lot sizes 801 deep and <br /> 1151 wide. <br /> 4. There was general discussion regarding this site, no specific plans, it was the <br /> concensus of the Planning Board that more detailed plans would have to be <br /> �U- ' <br /> tted before the Planning Board would take any action. <br /> Motioy-Parrill, seconded by Herman to adjourn. <br /> Mot*on carried. <br /> Orville Bratland to represent Planning Board at ODuncii Meeting 9-23-71, <br /> Donald Kronk <br /> Acting Secretary. <br />
