,1 <br /> • VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> NOVEWER 16, 1971 <br /> Members Present: Herman, Parrill, Ondrey, Letourneau, Carlson, Bratland, Kronk <br /> Absent: None <br /> The minutes of the October 19, 1971 were approved as submitted. <br /> Motion by Bratland, seconded by Parrill to allow a variance in the side yard <br /> ..,'requirements of one foot (from 15 feet total to 14 feet total ) for the construct- <br /> ion of a 20 foot attached garage by Mr. Erling Weiberg at 3409 36th Avenue N.E. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Ssof Investment Company presented plans for a 235 to 240 unit apartment complex <br /> for Lots 1 through 8 and Lots 12 through 16, Block 1, Mounds View Acres, 2nd <br /> Addition in anticipation of a rezoning of this property from Light Industrial to <br /> Multiple Dwelling. <br /> Motion by Herman, seconded by Parrill to recommend to the Council that a public <br /> hearing be held for the purpose of granting a special use or conditional use <br /> permit for the construction of multiple dwellings on the subject property. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Herman, Parrill, Ondrey <br /> Nay: Bratland, Letourneau, Kronk <br /> Abstain: Carlson <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Motion by Letourneau, seconded by Kronk to table action until the next meeting. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Herman, Parrill, Kronk, Ondrey, Letourneau, Carlson <br /> Nay: Bratland <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Presentation was made by Ownership of the St. Anthony Shopping Center regarding <br /> the proposal to put a McDonald's Restaurant on Kenzie Terrace south of American <br /> teyion Hall. <br /> Motion by Bratland, seconded by Herman to recommend to the Council that a public <br /> hearing be held to rezone the balance of the lot from R1 to Commercial. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Bratland, Herman, Carlson, Letourneau, Parrill <br /> Nay: Kronk, Ondrey <br /> Motion carried.
