AMTHONY <br /> _ PLANMING IOARD 14IIIIJTES <br /> June 28, 1972 <br /> iMeeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Chairman Bratland. <br /> Present at roll call : 9ratland, Kronk, Letourneau, Ondrey <br /> Also present: !-tarry Lekson <br /> Absent : 'Parrill, Carlson <br /> The minutes of the May 16th Planning hoard meeting were noted. <br /> Motion by Ondrey, seconded by Letourneau to adopt minutes of 5/16/72 meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ,,-Mb;tWion by Ondrey, seconded by Bratland to adopt minutes of the Public Hearing of <br /> June 20, 1972 regarding Conditional Use Permit for a retirement home to be built <br /> on Silver Lake Road north of 39th Avenue N.E. with one correction: <br /> Under the 2nd answer by representative from nursing home, change <br /> from "non-profit endeavor", to "limited dividend endeavor". <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Planning hoard discussed the results of the public hearing with regard to the <br /> proposed nursing home, and what recommendations should be taken to the Council. <br /> • Mr. Bratland questioned Mr. Woodington of Heritage of Rembrandt. Mr. Sratland <br /> reminded Mr. lloodington that several months ago there had been a discussion about <br /> a nursing home at the property and there were, at that time, two plans, one was <br /> seven stories, and the other was a three or four story plan. Rratland asked if <br /> that would cover the same number of lots-three? <br /> Answer: Yes <br /> Q. Mr. Bratland questioned how many units were in that plan. <br /> A. 88 <br /> Q. Mr. Bratland asked how many stories? <br /> A. 4 stories <br /> Q. Mr. Ondrey asked to make the retirement home a paying proposition that it had <br /> to be seven stories? <br /> A. Yes <br /> Q. Mr. Ondrey asked who prepared the findings? <br /> A. Vie did at our company. 14hen we went into this program, we wanted to build the <br /> • same type building we have in Edina, four stories, in 88 units, until we prep- <br /> ared FHA 2013 feasibility analysis form and found from that analysis that we <br /> 1 <br />
