Motion by Ondrey, seconded by nratland to recommend the petitioner's request for <br /> Conditional Use Permit for retirement home for Lots 14-15-16, Olock 6, M.V.A., <br /> 2nd Addition, be approved subject to the conditions that the structure adhere to <br /> the codes and specs that the Village require, according to the plans submitted, <br /> and based further on whatever conformities the Council may require. <br /> Motion carried.
