VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING 10ARD MIIJUTES <br /> July 18, 1972 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7.35 P.M. by Chairman Bratland. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Bratland, Kronk, Letourneau, Ondrey <br /> Also present : harry Lekson <br /> Absent : Parri 11, Carlson <br /> The following correction of June 28, 1972 meeting was noted: The comment by <br /> Kronk on the bottom of page three has the word residential which should be <br /> stricken. <br /> Motion by Ondrey, seconded by Kronk to approve the minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Todd Poston of 3008 31st Avenue N.E. appeared and requested approval to erect <br /> a 48 ft, radio tower to be located on the east side of the house. <br /> Motion by Letourneau, seconded by Kronk to recommend a 2 ft. side yard variance <br /> be given so that the 4 ft. x 4 ft. concrete base needed be placed in this area. <br /> "—Mot* carried. <br /> Motion by Bratland, seconded by Ondrey to recommend that a variance be given to <br /> allow a house to be built on a lot 50 ft. wide at 2605 Lowry Avenue N.E. <br /> Moti n carried. <br /> 'Mouion by Bratland, seconded by Kronk to recommend approval for a building permit <br /> 'Co build a house on Lot 3, Block 1, Christensen Addition. Lot size is 62.51 <br /> x 133 (3926 Fordham Drive) <br /> Motion carried. <br /> P1otion by Ondrey, seconded by Letourneau to recommend a variance for the exterior <br /> of the Townhouse and Apa-tmPnt Complex on Foss Road north of 39th Avenue N.E. and <br /> allow 1/2 level brick and 11-2 level of stucco-off white. <br /> i on carried. <br /> Motion by Rracland, seconded by Ondrey that church signs be allowed as follows: <br /> 1 . Church requesting sign must be in the Village <br /> 2. 3 signs maximum per church <br /> 3. Location to b3 approved by Village <br /> 4. No more than one sign per intersection. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Planning Board members are requested to inform the office by noon on meeting <br /> day if you cannot attend the meeting. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Ondrey to adjourn.
