VILIAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PMYNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> March 20, 1973 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Parrill at 7:40 P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call: Kronk, McGinn, Parrill, Johnson <br /> Absent: Carlson, Ondrey, Letourneau <br /> Also present: Harry Lekson <br /> The following correction was noted for the minutes of the February 20th meeting. <br /> Page 1, para. 10 to read: Wil Johnson suggested a sign identifying <br /> the park at the entrance. <br /> Motion by McGinn, seconded by Kronk to approve the minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ; r Ruben Johnson of Buetow & Associates and Mr. Phil Pfeilstiecker of <br /> Leslie Paper Company appeared before the Planning Board and submitted revised <br /> plans showing landscaping and parking for Leslie Paper Company. <br /> Mr. Johnson also presented a drawing for an entrance sign for St. Anthony <br /> Office Park about 4 ft. high and 16 ft. long. <br /> • Motion by Wil Johnson, seconded by Grace McGinn to recommend to the Council <br /> that Scheme #2 showing the low profile identification sign be approved and <br /> also the amended landscape plan and parking as shown for Leslie Paper Co. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The directory sign to be located south of the identification sign on private <br /> property was also discussed. The concept of this sign was favorable to the <br /> Board pending exact location of sign. <br /> Dick Letourneau arrived at 8:20 P.M. <br /> The letter from Jack W. Safer relating to the Salvation Army Camp was discussed <br /> with no action taken and the item left tabled. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Johnson to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Harry Lekson <br />
