ANTHONY <br /> June 19, 1973 <br /> Meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Ondrey at 7:35 p.m. <br /> The following were present at roll call: McGinn, Kronk, Johnson, Ondrey <br /> Absent: Letourneau, Parrill, Carlson <br /> Also present: Harry Lekson <br />� f <br /> Minutes of May 15, 1973 meeting were approved by a moti::n by McGinn and seconded <br /> by Kronk. <br /> j'Request was made by Mr. Cummings to grant approval to divide and rezone the west <br /> portion of outlot C at 37th and Stinson from light industrial to commercial to be pur- <br /> chased for a Vet Clinic. Construction to start this fall and to be completed January <br /> 1, 1974. Lot size has a square footage of 181810. <br /> Dr. Diesch and Dr. Hilgren showed proposed plans of a Vet Clinic consisting of a <br /> one story brick and cedar wood structure with housing capacity of 18-22 cages. <br /> It will be a private practice hospital (not a kennel) starting with ;one doctor <br /> servicing small pets such as dogs, cats, birds and other house pets. <br /> Off street parking for ten cars will be provided. Estimated traffic flow from and <br /> to the Clinic is four cars per hour. <br /> Motion was made by McGinn and seconded by Johnson to recommend to Council that a <br /> lot split be approved and the west portion of the lot be rezoned from light <br /> industrial to commercial. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: All in favor <br /> \Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Strege of 3141 Stinson Boulevard requested approval of a variance to have a <br /> double bungalow with a single garage for each unit. <br /> Motion was made by McGinn that the variance to build a one-car garage per unit be <br /> recommended to the Council. Seconded by Johnson. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: All in favor <br /> Motion carried <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hinkle requested their 1 3/4 acre lot at 3824 Foss Road to be <br /> repla.tted to sell land P-nd have enough lend around the house to be sellable. Going <br /> through several realators, having hardships, the Hinkles have not yet found a buyer <br />
