-2- ? <br /> r. Norman T. Anderson, 2792 Forest Dale Rd., New Brighton of the Lund Martin Company <br /> presented the concept for a building Cash Register Sales has expressed an interest in <br /> erecting in the St. Anthony Office Park. He asked question regarding the set-back of <br /> the building from Anthony Lane, parking area requirements and how large an area would <br /> be required for unloading possibly one semi-truck once a week. He said the building <br /> would be used for the sale, distribution and servicing of cash registers. <br /> No formal action other than answering the above, questions was requested or taken, <br /> i <br /> Mr. Willis Peterson of the Langer Construction Co., 54 East Moreland Ave., West St. Paul <br /> presented the final plans and landscaping concept for the Goodyear Service Store to be <br /> built north of Burger Chef on Silver Lake Road. _ Mr. Peterson reported that he wc-ald have <br /> the County's final approval of curb cuts before the next Council meeting and that Goodyear <br /> had already agreed to increase the radius of the driveway. The plans also included the <br /> brick exterior walls requested by the Council and Mr. Peterson agreed to make certain <br /> the plans for the building wound accomodate the pathway and avoid drainage over the pathway. <br /> Motion by Mr. Kronk and seconded by Mr. Carlson to approve the final landscaping plans and <br /> recommend approval of the Goodyear store by the Council. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: All in favor <br /> -,Motion carried. <br /> 164r�ames Brown who just recently became the director of the Silver Lake Camp run b�7 the <br /> Salvation Army at 2950 West County Road F appeared regarding the oversize sign which had <br /> been erected at the entrance to the camp. In addition to comments on the letter of <br /> August 27, 1973 from Brigadier William F. Kish to the Village Manager regarding the sign, <br /> Mr. Brown told of changes he intended making in the camp. <br /> Motion by Mr. Carlson and seconded by Mr. Le Tourneau to direct the Salvation Army to <br /> remove the oversize sign on County Road E and to direct Mr-. Brown to consult with RIr. <br /> Lekson on ordinances dealing with the type of sign which could be used at the entrance to <br /> the camp. <br /> Votingon the motion: <br /> Aye: All in .favor <br /> Motion carried. <br /> No one appeared to present the landscaping plans for the Mirror Manor townhol)se complex <br /> and Mr. Lekson showed colored shots of the town house grounds and the signs erected there. <br /> Motion by Mr. LeTourneau and seconded by Mr. Kronk to table action on the landscaping plans <br /> and the signs for Nrror Manor. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br />*Wye: All in favor <br /> Motion carried. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I_ ..1 <br />
